Registration Deadline: Session 1: May 28th or until filled

Session 2: June 18th or until filled

What: Every day students will be given instruction on basic business concepts and write portions of a basic business plan. Then, they will think about and develop a product to make and sell at the Las Cruces Farmer's and Crafts Market.

When: Session 1: Monday- Saturday June 2-7, 2014, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Session 2: Monday - Saturday June 23-28, 2014, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Exception: On the Saturdays at the end of each session is Farmer's Market Day. Parents will drop off their Camper at a specified location at the Farmer's Market in time for them to set up before the Market starts at 8:00. Campers will be picked up at the same location promptly at 12:30 or slightly before if the heat is extreme.

Who: 5th, 6th and 7th Grade graduates who are entering 6th-8th grade in August, 2014.

Where: Genesis Center, Building A, Suite 110 on the New Mexico State University Campus. We will be meeting outside of the building and will all go in together.

Cost: $40.00 includes project materials fees, workbook materials and camp backpack.

Due to the generosity of a donor, we have 6 scholarships available for the 2nd session to students based on need and interest level.
